Question of the Week

Business Dilemma

Fresh Article I have a business dilemma. My partner and I co-created a brand of T-shirts. Now he has decided to withdraw from the company, and our stocks and finances are split 50-50. However, we are having problems deciding who should own the brand. Both of us want it so that we can continue to build the brand further. As I'm the one who came up with the name, I would like to keep it. I do not wish to sour our friendship over this. Is there any kind of middle ground that we can reach? Or should I let go of the brand?
